At Le Bistronome, we approach cooking the way we'd host at home: fresh produce, careful cooking and the simple pleasure of eating well. French-raised beef and Ardèche cured meats, house-cut fries, fish of the day, shaken-on-the-spot cocktails and ice cream from a local artisan.
The terrace opens with the first sunny days, shaded by plane trees, a stone's throw from the village ramparts. Inside we've kept the warm stone and raw wood — so Ardèche breathes straight into the plate.
Open Monday to Saturday, lunch and dinner. Sunday, we rest. One call and we'll save you a table.

One call is enough. We'll keep the terrace warm — and a scoop of lemon sorbet, just in case.
